A 3-Phase Approach to Postpartum Fitness

The Fourth Trimester Bundle is developed by Street Parking Coaches Dr. Terri Robertson Elder and Kate Johnson to guide you from early postpartum recovery to reintroducing intensity and impact—ultimately bridging you to Street Parking SHIFT programming.

Each phase (Recovery, Rehab, and Rebuild) includes specific education, movements, and strategies that address your pelvic floor and core, mobility, while progressively building strength, coordination, and intensity to help you navigate your fitness journey with confidence.

  • All Programs in the Street Parking App with videos, detailed coach notes, and recovery strategies
  • SP Postpartum Recovery: First month postpartum (4-week program, 2 sessions/week)
  • SP Postpartum Rehab: Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor (4-week program, 4 sessions/week, 30 min or less)
  • SP Postpartum Rebuild: Bridge to Street Parking SHIFT Programming with progressive strengthening (4-week program, 4 sessions/week)

Equipment Needed

Basics:Yoga Block, Pilates Ball/Pillow, Chair/Box, Resistance Bands, Light Dumbbells (5-10#), Moderate Dumbbells (15-25#)

Optional: Bike, Rower, TRX Straps, Pull Up Bar, Barbell, Heavier Weights
